Dad’s caterpillar problem .

Dad has brought 3 caterpillars into the RV in the first day at McCormick’s Creek State Park!  The caterpillars are all over.  They are on the playground and a lot of other places.  Daddy brought one in on his shoe. Then one on his shirt.  The last one we aren’t sure about but we KNOW it was him.

Ice Show 2015

Yesterday was opening night!  My nana, papa, and great grandma came.  My number got messed up (not my jersey number) I was supposed to be in the middle but it was ok.  We had a whole lot of fun and my great grandma learned how to play statego, the game. Her and my mom won.

Zoe the negotiator

We had a nutty night at ice show dress rehearsal, and stopped by our friends house to check out their baby chickens on the way home.  Zoe loved them and told me on the way out that she wanted chickens!  And to live on a farm.  Or close to a farm AND have chickens.  I told her her Daddy would never go for it and we were lucky we have a dog!  Once we were home kids face timed with Jason to check out the RV while Patrick was driving.  Everyone was happy (even me because I could listen to all of it without actually having to be on the face time)!  By the end of the conversation Jason was telling the kids how I was going to drive the RV while I maintained (from the side of the phone) that I would NOT.  Zoe didn’t skip a beat and said “Ok!  I have a deal!  If mom drives the RV we get 2 chickens!”  Jason gasped and kindly said “one step at a time.”

 That’s my girl!

We are really doing it!

It is only 5 days until we take off on our RV adventure! We are not packed (a big shock to my family, I know), but we do have most of our plans set. Turns out the RV was in Florida and Jason had a meeting there yesterday so he will be driving it back with his buddy starting this afternoon and arriving sometime tomorrow. I’m sure his buddy is going to be quite impressed when he sees the condition of our house!
